15th Annual Blazers Mud Season Basketball Programs (Spring 2026)

Not ready for Basketball to end after your winter season...but you'll be playing other sports this spring?  We've got an option for you! Our "Mud Season" programs are extremely popular as they are an avenue for players to keep playing and developing in a fun, low intensity manner.  We've got convenient "once a week" options on each weeknight, and a variety of programs from basic skill development for novice players up to competitive formats for more advanced players.  These programs are active during the "mud season" of March and April when there's less going on, and they wind down by the 2nd week of May as the weather warms up and outdoor sports are in full swing. These programs are low intensity by design - allowing players to enjoy their love for Basketball...while still developing their game. All Passion. No over-coaching....and NO plays to remember!

3rd Grade Boys - 3v3 League/Program
Format:  There will be a "Skill of the Week" for 20-25 minutes...followed by 3v3 games in an exciting ladder format. Keep winning to advance to Championship Court and then defend the court! Teams/Free Agents: Players are encouraged to rally a team...but can also register as a "Free Agent".  Help your son create his team of either 3 or 4 total players (4 players are highly recommended given potential for schedule conflicts, injuries, flu, etc.). Players will register individually but identify their team during registration.
Qualification Criteria: This is not a program for beginners as we expect the teams in the league to be competitive relative to grade. To maintain competitive balance in games (minimizing lopsided games), we have established the following qualification criteria: To participate, a player must have sufficient skill/ability that the coaches in the recreational league he is playing in this winter would vouch that he is a top 10 player in his grade in your town.
